Privacy of your data:
The full price of any Activity shall be due and payable when a booking is made and we may cancel any booking if the full price of the Activity is not paid to us at least two (2) days prior to commencement of the said Activity. No refund will be payable to you in respect of a booking cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to commencement of an Activity. Failure to turn up in the designated location for an Activity by the specified departure time shall be considered to be cancellation.
For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to DTT in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through e-mail, fax or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. DTT cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.
* Tourist Visa fees is not Refundable once payment done at DTT.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment within 15 working days of Claim.
In order to obey a court order or safeguard the DTT rights, we may disclose your private details.
